"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Lagos Continental. Special mention to Omolara and Nimmy who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is located well for ease of travel around Victoria Island. We only breakfast in the hotel and that was of a good standard. We used the roof terrace bar a few times, that too was pretty good. We swam in the pool, it is very clean and maintained well - clean towels are provided and changing rooms are in decent condition. We indulged ourselves and had a massage by the in house Oriki SPA - also decent with staff that went above and beyond to mark our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration, thank you. There certainly is room for improvement here and there - decor is dated and could be refreshed. Overall a good place to stay in Lagos | good value for money and the staff are the key to making everything work - they try very very hard."

"The pool was cold which is one of the amenities that attracted us to pick the hotel. The hotel pool needs a heater to keep the pool slightly warm which will also help to generate revenue because it would be revenue generating area due to customers buying drinks while lounging at the pool because Nigeria is hot. The lounge/pool side chair cushions or covers needs replacements due to permanent stains despite cleaning. Overall as a Nigerian American my wife and I enjoyed our stay, breakfast provided many choices and all meals ordered after breakfast were delicious and palatable. "
