As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout.

Sink into plush sofas in the spacious living area, adorned with soft throws and pillows, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

The fully-equipped kitchen beckons culinary adventures, with sleek countertops and all the tools you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your creations in the adjacent dining area, where you can also watch the TV while enjoying your meals.

Retreat to the well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights. Crisp linens and plush bedding ensure a rejuvenating sleep.

Outside, a private patio awaits, where you can sip your morning coffee amidst lush greenery or savor a glass of wine under the starlit sky.

Please Note:
The maximum number of guests allowed (Including Kids) is 4. If there is more than you will be asked to leave.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking permitted on the property. The "Fire Lane" next to the house is an available area however, please clean up your cigarette butts after.
- We do not provide driveway parking however, feel free to use the driveway to load and unload. There is plenty of street parking available but if you cannot find any, please let us know and we will assists you.
- The deck attached to the suite is the provided outdoor space. The remainder of the backyard is not for guest use.
- No events, parties or large gatherings without hosts approval.
- Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours.
- Please report any damages that occur, we will try to fix as promptly as possible.
- Please do not put any coffee grounds down the sinks or toilet.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-No shoes inside the home.
- Only the number of registered guest are allowed to stay in the house which has a maximum of 4 occupants including children.
- Before you leave, please clean up your dishes or leave them in the dishwasher.

**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**
