"We spent several days at the farm resort and we had a great experience! The property is spacious and we all had our own space to spread out. The game room, which includes ping pong, pool, a hot tub, darts, and board games were used everyday. We had homemade scones and blueberry muffins delivered to us, which were delicious. We used the grill and outside fire pit each evening. We enjoyed exploring the miles of trails. Can’t say enough for the hospitality. If our travels take us in that direction...

"This property met all of our expectations. It was very large, spacious, clean, welcoming and comfortable. I especially liked the little "touches" that Stephanie provided, i.e. her information booklets of places to go and eat, welcoming drinks, etc. I will definitely rent this property again when we are visiting New York. "The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!"

"This was a fantastic property and Joel has thought trough everything to make it a fantastic set up. We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload.
