Refused to refund us and told us to go through booking agent. Would not answer calls of booking agent requesting a refund either. Be careful this place is definitely a scam. "

"There is plastic under the sheets which makes you wonder if is to protect you or to protect the mattress. The barroom floor tiles are from the 70s dark and you can't trust what lives in between. Stains on bed, smell of mold... Glad I changed hotel!"
