"The hotel was great and the staff was awesome but the parking area dirty and the elevator doesn't seem to come when called multiple times. Stairs are dirty also."

"Our credit cards were compromised. So we had a problem and only had cash. The Westin hotel at LAX, has a no cash policy for the $200 deposit. It has to be a credit card! We already had pre paid the cost of 4 days at the hotel 6 months prior through Hotels.com the Hotel Manager Tommy said he would help us out and took $200 cash for our stay. And gave it back in cash when we checked out. Tommy went far and beyond to help us. "
