"We were in town for a cheer comp, it was perfectly located minutes (walking if it wasn't snowy) away from the venue. the "kids" bedroom was great they enjoyed the games and hanging out in the downtime! We had everything we could of needed. "This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! "I travel to Tulsa regularly for work, and often prefer to bring my spouse and beagles with me. This property has been at the top of our "preferred" list for a while. It has all the amenities we need, is in an accessible and safe location, and has a secure backyard (best fence in town!). Communication with the host is easy, and they are always responsive. Highly recommend."

"Over all it was a very good stay. The house was as stated in the listing. It was clean and stocked with everything in the listing. The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time. "

"Came here for a crash pad after an event. Legit just needed a bed. The staff was super friendly and nice and the room was basic but clean. The only thing kinda off was in the middle hall had a slight Smokey covered with vanilla smell but that may just be from former customers not obeying the no smoking rules. Not necessarily the property’s fault. Definitely may be staying here again if I need to come back to Tulsa. Definitely worth the money. Really sad I didn’t get to check out the pool so maybe next time! "
