"Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!"

"Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!"

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. "Excellent hotel, spacious rooms and friendly staff. They have two dinners, we were placed on the 6th floor dining area and it included free open bar which was awesome. I think they can improve the speed of a La Carte option or simply placed scrambled eggs for faster self service. Other than that is a great place to stay, we loved itand recommend it. 👏"

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location- walkable to everything with great cafes and a grocery store just up the street. Only complaint is breakfast. We ate at the hotel one morning since we had an early departure and the breakfast was extremely overpriced for what was offered. Would highly recommend walking a block to one of the many restaurants available. Other than that the stay was great. "
