Even though the properly is in an industrial area, the cleanliness, staff friendliness convenience to shopping and proxikity to the lagoon city and ease to get there by bus, is a big plus .

The location was great if you want to go into Venice because a train stop is about 600 Meters away. Unfortunately, that is the only thing that is close. The hotel is located in an industrial area with no conveniences around. Another positive is that f you have a car, there is a gated parking lot.

Such a great find. Great staff, clean rooms, and easy to get to Venice. We loved the private parking lot, and it was still very close to the airport.

Really good access to Venice and then out of the city with buses and trains available from 0-15min walks without being in crowded areas. Staff was nice breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice to stay in. Only thing wifi wasn’t working the first day in the room but good hotel wifi is hard to come by anyways. Overall made our trip to Venice smooth and enjoyable.

This was a shuttle bus right out the front to Venice. The train shuttle to Venice was a ten minute walk.

The partition between the shower space and lavatory was loose. It means there is a gap under the partition. So the water is flowing during taking shower and the floor around the lavatory soaked wet. But we could take a rest comfortability. Thank you

Staff was super helpful. They helped me figure the bus & train system, as well as swlling bus passes. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, which is awesome. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed an espresso at their bar when I came back in the evenings. The bed was comfy and worked for my tourist needs. I would definitely come here again. 👍

Modest small room with 3 beds. Quiet. Very simple breakfast served by personal (croissant, cheese, ham and bread). No toaster, no butter/jam. Fridge in the room didn’t work. The best is the location. You can take bus 43 from the hotel door and you are in Venice in 15 minutes for 1.5€.

Everything was great! Got tickets there to get to downtown Venice for very cheap. Parking was easy, room was clean and the staff was incredible. They made us a sandwich in the middle of the day which was very sweet. We would stay here again.

Plus: - Price is competitive compared to others - Free and spacious parking - Public transport at front of hotel (in case you need it) Minus: - seems not clean, wierd order of pillow and carpet - poor condition of some facilities in our room: 1. shower spray can not be supported by the handle, so we had to use one hand to hold it during shower. 2.the toilet flush button is not working properly, we had to push few times to make sure there is no water flow after flushing

Great stay
Hotel Alveri was great. The staff was very accommodating. When we told them we had an early train to catch and we have to leave before breakfast, they accommodated and told us that it will be served earlier. The front desk lady was also really helpful in giving us information on trains and buses to Venice. The hotel is only 15-20 minutes away by bus to the city center and the stop is right at front so it’s very convenient.
