Great rental! Ideal for a trip to Rome! The two bedrooms are comfortable, the living/dining room and kitchen nicely decorated and well-stocked. The terrace overlooks peaceful cobblestone streets of an amazing historical neighborhood. Nearby are amazing ruins, beautiful churches, charming cafes, a small grocery, and a lively stretch of restaurants. Our first day started with a short walk to the awe-inspiring Capitoline Hill, Roman Forum, and Colosseum. Next day we walked to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, passing many additional great sights along the way. The taxi ride to Vatican City was < 20 Euros. Also nearby are several city bus lines, and a hop on/off tour bus stop (many of the major ones seem to follow the same route). Most importantly, we appreciated our gracious and hospitable host. Cristiana arranged for a friendly and professional driver who met us inside the busy Termini. Her restaurant recommendations were the best food I had on our entire trip. Even a first-time visitor can come away feeling like you have actually lived in Rome, even if only for a short time.

Nice apartment only 2 minutes from St Marks Square. Although there is no reception, the communication from the management team off site was excellent both prior and during our stay. They also left drinks and biscuits for us on arrival which was a nice touch.

We were moved to another place, it was very nice but found out last minute. Says has AC, they have a “season” for AC and we were there outside of this season. No way to have air moving. Tried sleeping with window open but canal rides all hours and a pigeon tried flying in. After I informed of no sleep, they brought the AC remote. AC shouldn’t be advertised if you can’t use it.

We booked a suite with an outside space, near San Marco. When we found that location (which wasn’t easy, although the spotty GPS in Venice streets was partially to blame) we were told they had moved us to a different location. That location, near Rialto Bridge, was just a normal room (not a suite) with no outside space, no inside seating area and no coffee machine. On a positive note, it was a corner room with a canal view, which was nice. The fact that we had to lug our bags halfway across town at the last minute was aggravating. The room was cute, clean and well-located, but it wasn’t what we asked for.

Perhaps a little hard to find. However do not allow that, or the exterior appearance (same as all Venetian streets), to deter you from visiting this amazing place for you and your family to rest in comfort after long walking days in Venetia. The host is AMAZING and super nice. She was very helpful. The apartment itself is classically decorated and everything works as it should. Calls for info or help were answered right away. I'd love to go back there anytime!

Great location in the heart of Venice. Large apartment (we are a family of 4). Some of the kitchen equipment is a bit limited e.g. one teaspoon. Photos on website slightly misleading I think, in that we had expected a balcony. Checkout was easy, and baggage storage great. We would recommend.

Perfect location 7 minutes from St Mark's Square
We prefer to stay self catering in Venice as restaurants are not cheap in general and a trip to Venice can prove costly. This place was located centrally and only a 7-8 minute walk from St Mark's Square and the same to the Rialto. There is a supermarket very nearby and also a couple of takeaways if you don't feel like cooking. The building is very old, like everywhere in Venice, so there are some limitations (fairly dark inside with small windows for example) but this gives it a charm of its own. The rooms are well furnished and there is a very adequate kitchenette as well as a brand new bathroom. The only drawback is that there is a flight of steps to climb to reach the apartment and this would not be suitable for anyone with any disability. Otherwise, I'd certainly recommend it.

Spacious apartment with nice kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable living area. We really enjoyed the location once we found or way there. As others have said, it can be hard to find. We were told to take the Rialto water taxi stop, but found that the San Marco stop had less steps to navigate when walking with a suitcase. Great location near St. Marks' Square. The only negative was that the steps are steep and there is no elevator.

Fantastic apartment close to St Marks
You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. I would move into this apartment if I could. There is a restaurant below the room and it was a little noisy until 10pm but it wasn’t bad at all.
