"We just returned home from our first trip to Venice, FL and Al and Grace were the most warm and gracious hosts. Moreover they have put considerable effort and thought (not to mention money)into the conversion of this efficiency unit. Clean as a whistle, they have thought of everything you can imagine, from stocked fridge to outdoor retracting clothesline, topped off by a yummy box of Belgian chocolates. Nice large TV too. The mattress on the bed is very comfortable and there are big fluffy...

"Property was "as advertised. Location was excellent for ease of access to Venice and the surrounding area. Bird life was especially good for viewing in the back yard and we had at least 3 small alligators in the lake. Interior of the house was clean but could use some further maintenance (eg not all the blinds are in good repair.). Host was responsive and easy to work with."

Kathleen was great to work with…very responsive and was quick to address any needs. We had a dishwasher issue and she immediately had someone there to check it out…it was quickly replaced. One of the true highlights of this property is the pool! Large, clean and warm! LOVED it! Would recommend this property!"
