"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. "I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls.
