Schönes Haus mit herrlichen Blick auf das Meer!
Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Weinberg mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! In der Nähe gibt schöne Strände (Zahora, El Palmar, Conil, Roche …) und Städte (Cadiz; Vejer de la Frontera …) sowie gute Restaurants (Tipps von Ute). Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Heerlijk om te verblijven
Ute Mergner is buitengewoon attent, gastvrij, en bovenal zeer vriendelijk en toegankelijk. En het huis (en Utes Bodega) ligt fantastisch te midden van natuurschoon met panoramische blik op de oceaan. Er zijn mooie en interessante steden, stadjes en lieflijke haventjes in de omgeving. Je kunt er goed wandelen. En het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien.

We loved the house, with a nice place to eat and relax outsite and a beautiful view. We had a warm welcome with a bottle of wine from Ute. Swimming pool is small and a few minutes walking down and back uphill.

Schönes Landhaus
Das Casa Ariba ist sehr schön gelegen und wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Ute ist eine tolle Vermieterin mit tollen Tipps. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da er bei den anderen Häusern liegt und wir Strandgänger sind. Das Inventar ist ausreichend für 2-3 Personen und mit Spülmaschine alles immer sauber vorhanden. Als Solinger Mädel (Klingenstadt) haben mir nur ein paar scharfe Messer gefehlt😂. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, tolle Strände und Städte und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit . Danke

Sin lavadora (imsginRos6, tres personas una semana de playa), sin microondas, sin fregona. La casa es un horno. Mosquitos. Invasion de hormigas. Nos ha defraudado. No pudimos cancelar a pesar de graves problemas familiares, ni cambiar fechas. No lo recomendamos.

TOTAL RELAX
Nuestra estancia en esta casa ha sido un descubrimiento fantástico. La finca de Ute es un lugar de tranquilidad absoluta donde puedes desconectar del ruido y bullicio y relajarte en plena armonía con la cercana naturaleza. La casa está muy bien equipada y tiene una pequeña piscina para refrescarte. Un lugar de reposo absoluto.

Excellent séjour au calme en famille
Emplacement très agréable au calme au milieu des vignobles (Ute produit son propre vin). Une vue magnifique sur la mer avec couché de soleil. Idéal pour famille désirant du calme et de la sérénité à distance de la côte. Bassins de rafraîchissement au niveau des deux autres maison de la propriété, idéal lors des fortes températures pour les enfants et les adultes...Prévoir 15-20 minutes de route pour la plage. Ute est très attentionnée et disponible pour faire que votre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Excellent séjour.

Eine Oase der Ruhe mit wunderbarem Ausblick bis zur Küste
Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sowie die Vorzüge des Ferienhauses sind bereits von anderen Gästen ausführlich geschildert worden, was wir ausnahmslos bestätigen können. Ergänzt von uns sei noch, dass es alle wesentlichen deutschsprachigen TV-Sender gibt und einen für einen Ferienaufenthalt völlig ausreichenden WLAN-Anschluß. In der ersten Woche mit einem recht kühlen wechselhaftem Wetter, dass uns eher an die Nordseeküste erinnert hat, haben wir besonders die hervorragende Wärmemöglichkeit mit der Klima-anlage schätzen gelernt. Zu den vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von hier aus wollen wir nur zwei Hinweise geben: Die deutschsprachige Stadtführung von Manuel durch die Altstadt von Vejer ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Nach Cadiz sollte man etwas zeitiger fahren, sehr günstig gelegen das unterirdische Parkhaus beim Info (15,00 € Tagespreis), von dort auch nur kurzer Fußweg zur Abfahrt der Fähre zum netten Puerto de Santa Maria, 30 Min.Fahrzeit.

Sehr nette persönliche Begrüßung durch Gastgeberin Ute. Die Wohnung ist in ordentlichem Zustand. Gut ausgestattet aber kein Luxus. Gute Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Tolle Aussicht in ruhiger Lage
Die Unterkunft besticht nicht durch besonderen Luxus. Vielmehr ist es die top Aussicht, die Ruhe und die Atmosphäre. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns am ersten Tag direkt alles erklärt und uns Restauranttipps gegegeben. Zudem gab es zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein. Zum Teil könnte man in der Unterkunft etwas renovieren, insgesamt ist diese jedoch in einem guten Zustand. Das Bett ist gut. Die Küche ist funktional. Die Unterkunft ist auch bei kälterem Wetter zu empfehlen, da mit der Klimaanlage auch geheizt werden kann. Obwohl die Unterkunft etwas abseits gelegen ist, ist man schnell am Strand und hat die Möglichkeit viele Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu machen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Casa arriba...einfach wunderbar
Wir haben im August 2018 zwei Wochen in dem schönen Casa arriba von Casablanca de la luz verbringen dürfen. Vorab: wir können diese kleine Ferienanlage, bestehend aus drei Ferienhäusern und dem Haus der Vermieter, wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Häuser befinden sich auf einem riesigen Grundstück nebst Weinanbau. Wer wie wir, mit Massentourismus nichts anfangen kann und es trotzdem nicht weit zum Meer haben möchte, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Casablanca de la Luz liegt etwas ländlich, ist jedoch nur etwa 15 -20 Minuten mit dem Auto von den schönen Stränden in El Palmar, Zahora und Conil entfernt. Wir fanden die Lage optimal, denn auch Cadiz, Medina Sidonia u.a. lohnenswerte Ziele sind schnell erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Unser Ferienhaus war hell und freundlich eingerichtet, es war an vieles gedacht worden wie z. B. Strandstühle, Moskitonetz, Bücher, Spiele, Teelichter, Kaffee, ein Begrüßungswein.....Gerade angekommen und schon fühlten wir uns wohl. Einzig und allein hätte das Badezimmer für uns etwas größer sein können. Das Highlight des Hauses ist die tolle Terrasse mit unverbautem Fern- und Meerblick. Der Pool ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Dieser ist wunderschön angelegt und befindet sich bei Casa azul und Casa roja. Die Gastgeber empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, ab dem ersten Mailkontakt mit Ute fühlten wir uns bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben uns auch gefreut, dass wir an einer Weinprobe bei Ute teilnehmen konnten, dies war zum einen informativ und zum anderen hat es gut geschmeckt. Zum Thema Gastronomie lässt sich sagen, dass in der Nähe das Feinschmeckerlokal La Patria, die beiden spanischen Lokale Venta Rufino und Venta tres Carilles sowie die Pizzeria Il Forno empfehlenswert sind. Ansonsten kann man natürlich im Ferienhaus selber kochen oder z.B. in El Palmar oder Conil essen. Wir sind auch an einem Tag von Cadiz aus mit dem Schiff zum Puerto de Santa Maria gefahren und haben uns dort durch die fangfrischen Meeresfrüchte probiert. Andalusien ist ein lohnenswertes Urlaubsziel, Casablanca de la Luz einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen nochmal wieder!
