Very good customer service, everyone was very nice! Our room was very clean and just overall beautiful and so cozy especially with the fireplace, we will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Banff!

Rooms and hotel are dated so value for cost is out of line. Staff and dining were great.

It was an amazing experience, the whole property is beautiful and you right near the mountains and lake. I like that there were no wifi or tv in the room, so you can stay present- enjoy fireplace in your room, play games, go to hot tub. We didn’t know at first that it’s also a nice area above the checking desk where you can play game and billiards. The only one little thing that I would suggest to improve is bedding. It was a polyester material not a cotton and we didn’t like that filling on our skin, too static.
