"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. "We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. We've stayed probably 6-8 ish times now and will continue coming here. Its away from the hustle of bigger cities but still a beautiful beach and view. "

"Great place if you're looking for something nice and affordable. This isn't a 5-star hotel but if you want to stay near the locals and be close to the main roads this is a good place to stay my only complaint is that the bathroom was a bit small but it wasn't an issue. "

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans."

"Location was in the heart of Condado Beach. Walk to everything. Studio is advertised. It is small but has all you need including bug spray, suntan lotion and sunscreen, which was essential. Had great communication with the host and no issues to report. Would go back and highly recommend."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

It really only sleeps 5 max, and that’s if you double up on the queen bed. There is no air conditioning in the master bedroom either. The WiFi has extremely poor signal so it’s basically worthless. "The room was large, in comparison to other hotels with two queen size beds and very clean. Location was excellent but parking is a long distance walk. Recommendation, only had two pillows per beds, extra two pillows in the closet, but they didn't have a pillow case. The room is for 4 guests, but only had 2 bath towels.
