"This was our first time at the Shangri-La and we will definitely be back! We used the pool area, gym, and spa - all were amazing! We travelled with our two kids, and the hotel was fantastic with them all the way through. They especially enjoyed the cookies left in our room to decorate! The location was great, with most things just a short walk away! "

"This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at and I would definitely stay here again! Hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and they had an amazing breakfast. Water was freely available which was a big plus for us. My only "complaint" would be that its not very walkable, as it's in an industrial area. We were traveling by car so it was not much of an issue for us, but definitely something to take note of if you're flying in and won't have a vehicle."
