"Outside pictures are not accurate. Does not show that it’s in a RV trailer park with other barns and trailers close by. We didn’t end up staying. We were down for a rustic honeymoon experience but this was a little too much, we wanted a little privacy, and also we didn’t realize there wasn’t a stovetop or hot plate in the kitchen. " Located on Old Tobacco Farm. Cottage was everything you see online. Pretty cute. Well maintained. Need to look for the cottage in back. Very quiet. Beautiful roosters on property. There are other residents in the area. It is close to Kerr Lake which is what we needed it for. Would stay here again."

"My Mom, my sisters and all of our families enjoy staying here two years in a row to celebrate the holidays. The house is spacious and has everything we need for my foodie sisters to cook great meals. The property manager Faith is friendly and super responsive but we've only had a glitch with the Internet once. Mainly we talk to Faith because she's great about checking in and making sure everything is great. Highly recommend for groups or family gatherings. "
