"Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it. Hotel is well located within walking distance of some attractions and 2 blocks away from the lepanto metro station. "All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were always happy to go the extra step when we asked. The hotel was in as good a condition as I would expect considering how much we paid and the room was clean. A bit of a walk to most of the major sites but close to the Vatican and castello, and served well by buses. Would definitely stay again! Grazie mille a voi all’albergo per il vostro servizio."

"Overall this is a great Hotel and we enjoyed staying here. We loved our room (Junior suite) which was spacious and had a balcony with a great view which was a nice surprise.
