"It was a perfect place to stay after jet lag. We walked into town and found a lovely cafe and Pharmacy in a 8 minute walk. The two beds were large and comfortable. Had to turn the water on under the kitchen sink for the washing machine to start(a great convenience as soap was provided)"

"Our family stayed a couple of nights in this newly renovated maisonette loft and enjoyed it very much. We felt very safe and comfortable in this spacious place! Enjoyed having TV, kitchen a nice table with bench. Very quick communication and very friendly hosts. Definitely recommend it."

"We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "

"Excellence Suite was ideal. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I had a perfect room with a small balcony. And supplies were always replenished. "Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas. "

"Staff were top notch from the reception to the breakfast staff. Particular mention Shane and Alyssa. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself. Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities."
