This beautifully styled one-bedroom condo on the five floor offers views of Vancouver City and Rogers Arena. It has 635 square feet of interior space.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living room and full kitchen, a Solarium with a comfortable chair and coffee table, an equipped workplace in the office, a cozy stylized bedroom with blackout blinds for sleeping, a wall-mounted TV, and a bathroom.

Guests have High-Speed Telus fibre optic internet throughout the suite, boosters in the bedroom and the living room, two 55" TVs with Netflix, and a smart speaker Alexa. I have a portable air conditioner and two fans prepared for the hot season. The central heating works in winter, and I also have several heaters.

SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

SELF CHECK-IN
When guests arrive, they must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock.

Guests have full access to the entire unit and building amenities, such as a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden and pond, and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.

SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and NO other cameras are inside the property.
I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. So, I will most likely not see you. After three days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I'm also happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.

It's a very cute apartment and very close to BC place and Rogers arena.
My stay was good. It would have been better if the air conditioner was on before we got there because it was over 30° and took a very long time for it to cool down. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

We liked at it was close enough to walk to the BC Stadium as we were there to watch a soccer match and the owner was very quick to respond to our messages. However, the place has a funny smell and was not really clean. The bathroom door does not lock and the bathroom fan makes loud noises.

Nice place. Well stocked kitchen and bath. A new shower head would be nice as the one there is quite powerfull. We picked the location for it's proximity to Rogers Arena and Gas Town. Some of the area near by is a bit sketchy but nothing new for us as we are from the Seattle area. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located
Nice place. Clean and well stocked. We picked this location for it's proximity to all convenience (stores, bus, sky train, touristic places) The location is perfect, but some of the area near by is a bit sketchy, but it's the reality of many downtown area... The Building is a #1 Security place by the way and the pool and the pond are really nice. The only negative point for us is that we suffer from the heat... fans and portable AC wasn't enough to be comfortable mid of july (26-28 C in) But it depend of your degree of heat tolerance! It was easy to communicate to the host. Had a great stay!
