Our condo is in a fantastic location in the downtown core just a few short blocks from the amazing seawall and the Aquabus Ferry to Granville Island. You will be very centrally located and have the ability to walk to anywhere downtown; 5-10 minute walk to Yaletown where you will find a wide array of amazing fine dining restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.
My home is located on the 13th floor so you will have a view of the ocean and mountains from the 2nd bedroom and part of the living room. There are 2 bedroom with queen beds plus a comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room. We supply extra soft and cozy blankets for the bedrooms and the living room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We leave a start supply of coffee and tea, along with a few goodies to start you off.
On the 9th floor there is a gym and an outdoor covered hot tub and there is also an outdoor lounge area for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor that serves breakfast
from a healthy fresh start ala carte menu, to the full breakfast buffet, complete with make your own golden waffle station. Open 6:30-10:30 Mon-Fri and 7:00-11:00 Sat, Sun & holiday.
You will have full access to the gym, hot tub, and outdoor lounge area.

Within minutes you will have choice of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
Our home is very centrally located downtown. You are within minutes to buses and about a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown skytrain station. You could really walk to anywhere downtown.
You have coffee shops & restaurants all within minutes of our home. A short 5 minute walk will take you to our 22km seawall as well as the water taxi's that can take you across the water to Granville Island in a few minutes. You can take a stroll along the seawall going west which will get you to English Bay and Stanley Park in about 25-30 minutes along the water.

.Television
• The SMART TV is internet enabled, and has full cable, but not OnDemand TV.
• Use the Shaw Remote to turn the TV on using the top Power button
o Click ‘Live TV’ to watch television
o If you have any problems, see the TV manual in the kitchen cupboard above the
microwave.
• Netflix is available using the Sony remote. Press the red Netflix button. It should
automatically log in to our Netflix account. If it doesn’t, and asks for an email or password, then contact us.Food
• Help yourself to the coffee, tea and snacks we’ve left for you.
• The closest supermarket is just two blocks away – Choices Market at 1202 Richards St.
Go out the front building door, turn left onto Howe and walk a block or so up to Davie. Turn
right onto Davie. Choices is about 2 blocks down, on the corner.
• There are lots of cafes and restaurants in downtown and Yaletown from casual, sushi,
noodles, Italian, pizza, takeout, and even posh restaurants.
Temperature
• Use the fan in each bedroom to control the heat. The master bedroom air conditioner turns on using one of the light switches to the left of the bedroom entrance.
• Extra blankets are available in the living room closet.
Furniture and Linens
• The living room couch expands into a queen-sized sofabed. The duvet is in the living room
• Each bedroom has extra pillows and blankets in the closet or commode.
• The living room’s sofabed duvet is in the bedroom closet.
• Please don’t use our blankets or towels outside our home (ie.at the beach or park).
• The washer and dryer are in the closet near the front door. Laundry detergent is on the
top of the dryer. Make sure you clean out the dryer lint trap on the dryer door to get
maximum drying capacity from the machine.
• A step stool is in the front hall closet.
Cleaning supplies
• An iron/ironing board is in the living room closet.
• Cleaning products are under the kitchen sink with a supply of garbage bags.
Parking
• There is one parking spot in the underground parkade that’s designated for this
apartment.Our place isn’t childproof, so please watch your little one very carefully and take a few
moments to move cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, and breakables on shelves above child-height. Especially make sure you keep the windows and balcony door closed as there are no screens on them and we are on the 13th floor.Please recycle and compost
• Vancouverites have a mandatory municipal recycling and composting program which you MUST participate in.
• In the suite you’ll find recycling bins for
o Paper: Newspapers, magazines, toilet paper rolls, notepaper, egg cartons and mixed
paper
o Containers: Tin cans, plastic containers, jars, tin foil, glass o Compost: organics like food waste and coffee grounds
• Empty your recycling bins into the communal bins behind the corrugated metal doors near the entrance to the parkade at the back of the building. There is a separate bin for glass

An Emergency in our Home
• A Fire Extinguisher is under the kitchen sink.
• Flashlights are in each bedroom nightstand.
• Emergency lights are plugged into some outlets which will automatically turn on if
there is a power outage. They also double as flashlights.
• A first aid kit is in the kitchen above the fridge.
• Call or text Suzanne at 604.767.8441 or Leslie-Ann at 604.219.8961 if there is
any household emergency.
