"The staff here is excellent. You have to remember this is an old hotel therefore some things are run down. They do need to keep more utensils in the kitchen units. We have stayed here numerous times and have had no problems"

"My only complaint is that in the bathroom of our room, there was what I’m assuming to be a hole in the ceiling where the shower is, it was plugged with paper towel or toilet paper. Our room could definitely benefit from some TLC. Otherwise it was clean and I am overall satisfied with my stay!"
