If you have children, this property is especially accommodating, thanks to the spacious backyard and the variety of activities available nearby. "The house is in proper condition, clean and quite well equipped There are small things to improve like adding a toaster, kitchen towels, oiling the internal doors and for example have a small welcome package with fruits, waters, caffe and milk. Another thing that most people appreciate is receiving a short visit of the host after arrival to say hello and check that everthing is in order "

"We had 7 people staying in this house. The location to the MMA Academy was close about a 1/2 hour drive. We are all senior citizens and found the house very adequate for our needs. Being older something to note, the downstairs basement is lovely with two bedrooms and the main bath. The stairs leading to the downstairs are steep but there is a handrail to assist individuals walking down and up the stairs. Take note however if anyone has limited walking abilities and needs a walker or cane assistance. The upstairs is great and easily accessible. The backyard is perfect for hosting a BBQ or outside gathering. The built in grill is large and there is also and outside sink and outside burner off the grill. The small refrigerator in the grill area does not get cold. Plenty of seating for everyone and a very large screened in Gazabo with seating and table. The inside of the house holds a breakfast bar and small eating area and then there is a very large dining table in the dining room that can accommodate 10 or more individuals. Our host Ariel came right over to clean the grill area and patio area. He is very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful oak tree or walnut tree above the gazabo that provides lots of shade. Big sun umbrella to shade the outside table that is outside of the gazebo. The property is also only about 1.5 miles away from the train station to catch a ride to Manahatten or the boardwalk area."
