"We booked the home for our 11 year-old twins to have a sleepover with 5 of their best friends. The home was exactly like the photos. All the rooms had smart TV’s which is so great for kids that want to watch movies. Everything was easy to use. The owner was responsive and accommodating in the days leading up to our evening."

"Everything was close to perfect! Only critique would be if youre a light sleeper, you cab hear some general bangs from cars, fireworks, and car steroes driving down the street. Otherwise its great, spacious, and has all neccesities in the neighborhood! We felt safe walking our dog day and night, and we'll 100% be back! Also beds were super comfy and shower head in primary bath was awesome."

"Had to travel back to LA for mom's memorial services. Location was perfect. Karen was an amazing host. Stayed with family of four and dogs. She was always available to assist within minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karen for being so responsive and accommodating."

"There were some cleaning issues and the dishwasher was broken and no kitchen towels or drying rack was left for doing dishes. There were only 4 spoons for seven people. Otherwise, the place was great. Nice place in a safe feeling neighborhood. Good space with a responsive host. "

"Property manager gave clear instructions and expectations. Responded promptly with question about hot tub during stay. House was beautiful and clean. Lots of beds to accommodate. Neighborhood was great with a park about a block away to walk to. This place was a great stay for family but had some glass decor that we just put away during our stay with kids."
