"Check-in information could be better. We stayed 3 nights. Second night we had terribly noisy people above us, stomping and shouting until 4 am. Next morning we asked if we could move to another apartment. The young man at the reception was very kind and understanding and we could immediately move (very far from our old apartment). Thanks so much!! The kitchen is well equiped. We loved our stay, except for the foggy weather!"

"We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo. "

"The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower....

"We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. "The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. Our miniature poodle had fun watching the many squirrels playing in the sand. Overall it was a great location to spend our 20th wedding anniversary."

"This property is absolutely gorgeous and is located in a great area. Grocery stores in each direction, eateries and easy access to the highway. It was located just a few minutes from my kids apartment. Must try Pam's Donuts and Frozen Yogart. They have the best apple fritters and donuts in Vista! I will return in December and plan to stay at the same location."
