"Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Even though they agreed to be there to check us in at 6pm (multiple emails), no one was there at all. Long and difficult time getting someone there to check us in. They lied to us about having a lift, which was in issue for me carrying luggage up stairs after recent shoulder surgery. When they say free parking they mean - try to find a place on the street somewhere in the area. We had to park a long distance from the hotel as the city streets are crowded...
