"My stay here was AMAZING, 5 ☆☆☆☆☆! From the greeting I received as I entered, straight through to my check out, the ENTIRE staff was EXCELLENT. What really stood out was how SINCERE & RESPONSIVE staff was, from making sure I needed anything, offering suggestions on what to see when in Pittsburgh, providing extra towels per my request, the room cleaning, replenishing/upkeeping beverage station in lobby, all was GREAT! ...and done with sense of urgency & warm hospitality! It made the experience seem as if I was in a family owned Bed & Breakfast. Thanks again to ALL the staff!"
