Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and they made it super easy for us to enjoy a week away with a 1 year old. Had a pack & play and kids toys waiting for us in our room upon arrival.

Luxurious relaxing stay

Great location, great room with plenty of space, perfect place to kick back and relax! Staff is attentive and the pool and hot tubs area a welcoming oasis.

The perfect family residence

I was apprehensive when reading some of the reviews that this isn’t what a ritz is supposed to be . I beg to differ . This is a Ritz Carlton Residence and has very convenience that a residence may need . Everyone from front desk to valet to concierge was super nice and helpful. The decor was very high end and up to date . Can’t wait to come back here

I Would Definitely Return

Traveling with my husband & two teenagers, we visited Vail for the first time the week of 5/28/18. Our trip was great, though, before we even got there thanks to the excellent staff and customer service focus at Ritz-Carlton Club Vail. About a month before our arrival, the Concierge (Julia) reached out to me with an offer to help recommend and/or set-up anything we might be interested in doing while in the area. From having groceries delivered to our 3-bedroom suite before arrival, to restaurant/activity advice & reservations, to personal preferences w/in our rooms (timing of housekeeping, turn-down service, etc.) - everything was taken care of by the time we got to town, and it was WONDERFUL! When we arrived by car, we were immediately greeted and assisted by the Bell Staff, and once Julia got us efficiently checked in, Alex was well-versed in anything we needed to know about our particular suite. The "RCC" offers a complimentary shuttle service throughout Vail, which came in handy many times. The suite itself was newly renovated & very comfortable/casual/clean. Beds & linens felt luxurious, baths were spacious & nicely appointed. The few small maintenance issues we had (ex: air flow fan not working) were immediately addressed. Pool area had beautiful views & convenient amenities (towels, sunscreen, etc.). Fitness area and class offerings were great. Spa services (ex: massages) were excellent. Teen room is in need of attention/upgrade. I would definitely return.

The Best Valet Staff in Vail

Oh my gosh - what a wonderful valet staff - all those guys were the best and made our stay so fun and memorable. The condo is in a great location - the perfect landing spot after drinking, shopping and dining. Thank you Ritz for a great girl's weekend!

This is the second time we have stayed at this magnificent hotel. I could of easily rated it a 5 star in every category and would be justified. However, this last trip was a little disappointing in the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance. Obviously, I realize this has to happen from time to time, but I feel as though we should of been made aware when we made the reservation of this inconvenience. The Ritz Carlton did make the pool at the Marriott next door available, but this pool and atmosphere pales in comparison to what you pay for and expect from the Ritz Carlton. Still an amazing place to stay and the staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating.

great spot in the mountains

It's a lovely hotel with helpful staff we did have an issue with one of the rooms smelling of damp, although the staff did try to help the situation by putting fans in the room they didn't offer any kind of compensation for it or actually acknowledge that it was quite a big issue. Staff at the front desk gave great advise and they have a courtesy shuttle that takes you all over vail with really friendly drivers. It's a great place to go and stay

Wonderful pool area

Not too crowded as most vail resorts can be both summer and winter. Have stayed in many places in vail over the last 20 years, this might be a new favorite! Staff warm and helpful , location quiet . Perfect stay

Nice hotel close to the ski slopes.

My only disappointment is the hotels entertainment center is lacking. You cannot get any movies in room, at all. They have a rack of non new release films that are in questionable condition. They do provide DVD players in room which is very nice. However, there is no convenient way to find a movie. If they only had a Redbox in the lobby.
