-It is on a second floor. You have to use the stairs.

The Space:
-Walking distance from Lionshead gondola. You just have to walk around 900 mts, ½ mile.
-Definitely don’t need to rent or have a car in this place. The Vail free bus stop is right in front of the apartment. It takes you right to the pedestrian bridge (across from Lionshead) and Vail Village.
-During the summer you can leave your bikes parked in the parking lot, in front of the apartment building; and during winter you can rent or store your skies, right by the gondola shops.
-It is relatively close to everything, to all the shops in Lionshead, great restaurants and two convenience stores, where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, on the counter medicines etc.
-Crossing the pedestrian bridge, there is another bus stop, that will take you to another area of Vail that is called Vail Village, which is the downtown of Vail and its full of restaurants and shops. The bus is free in Vail.
-The apartment has been recently remodeled.
-The high ceiling let in natural light in and makes it feel warm and spacious.
-The apartment is ideal for two couples, or a family or five or six.
-It is on a second floor and there is no elevator.
-To get to the apartment you have to go up the stairs right in front where the parking spot is.
-You can park you car for free in front of the apartment.

-It has washer and dryer machine inside the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is very close to Lionshead where you can find stores, restaurants, the gondola, ski shops, and the ice skating rink. There are also two convenience stores where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, on the counter medicines etc.
There are great restaurants in the area. Everything is walking distance (.4mi, 9 minute walk) from the pedestrian bridge.

Other Things to Note:
-The 2nd bedroom which has a queen bed and a twin bed, is in a second floor of the house with a bit of a narrow steep staircase that may not be ideal for elderly or small kids.
-Ask us for the daily cleaning service of the apartment or the days you prefer. We have it with an extra cost.
-For stays longer than 7 days, our cleaning team will have to enter to do the cleaning and will be charged for it.
-During ski season, we have a Locker available at Lionshead with extra cost, to store ski equipment. (Skis, boots, helmets, etc.) The locker has capacity to store from 3 to 4 skis. Also you have the option to store 2 pairs of boots overnight on the drier at the store. If you are interested, ask about availability after booking.
