"The staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were in a short layover in Charlotte and they made this stay very comfortable and easy. Gym not open due to remodeling--check ahead if this is important to you! We arrived late and I wish there had been room service but food and service in the bar did the trick. Friendly and prompt service here too. 10 stars for staff all around!"
