"Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country."

"Gorgeous property, excellent host. Beautiful views, easily walkable into Bled (about 15 minutes to the lake). Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen which made meal prep very easy. The balcony and outdoor spaces are just fabulous. Host is very easy to communicate with. I could say much, MUCH more about how wonderful this place is! There are a few things to note: -If you put the address in Google Maps, you do not get to the correct place. Using Apple Maps worked for our taxi driver. -the place...

"Property was not cleaned very well. Two week stay and no change of towels or bedding - had to take time out to clean them ourselves. Wifi did not work - was told it was because of the weather and then it came to light it was the owners account issue (sounded like this was not news) and was never fixed in the two weeks. "The space was perfect for our family. The sauna and pool were relaxing after a full day of hiking and biking. The host was amazing with communication and showing us where everything was located. There is an outdoor bbq area, a place to store bikes, and plenty of room to play. The inside has everything you could want. Note the freezer is rather small, but we made it work. "The quietness of the place and the beautiful views, from the hammock, the morning tea corner, the pool area, and more. Perfect place to reload your internal battery! The house is very practical, all necessities you would need to cook or BBQ, yes even scissors and wine opener ;) (and lets not forget the dishwasher and washing machine). And for the teens, yes good internet 😄 Had a great stay with 3 teens and my husband, I recommend!"

"The apartment is a jewel box, full of unique furniture and historic items. The backyard is also a delight, with fruit trees and flowers and lots of outdoor dining space. It’s a little far to walk to the lake with children, but there is pay parking by the beach and camping area."

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

Beautiful hotel at a very good location!

"From the moment we stepped inside, the inviting aroma at Bled Rose Hotel instantly lifted our spirits. Our Deluxe Room with a lake view was spacious and well-appointed, though the view was slightly obstructed on the first floor. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, boasting a range of our favourite amenities from Rituals The spa area offered a relaxing atmosphere, though we were slightly disappointed to find that sauna use required an extra fee which is €18. Thought a bit pricy for 2 saunas and 1 steem room. But you can use swimming pool and jacuzzi for free. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a generous selection of delicious options. Just a bit of warning it's next to a church and the bells begins to chime at 7am, so if you really like to sleep in, maybe stay not at the lake side."
