Overall it was great, will definitely recommend to others. Couple of issues:
-casa duro wifi signal/bandwidth was weak - making TV unusable as well as laptop use.
-coffee machine was either broken or not set up properly, it would grind beans but water would not enter the cup, it would leak directly into the drain pan.

My family and I got stranded on Christmas Eve at Dallas airport because of American Airlines technical issues, so we end up spending the night at the Joule hotel.
The ladies that welcomed us were wonderful and empathetic of our missing Christmas Eve with our family.
They gave us a beautiful room and saved our day.
We had a good Christmas dinner at one of the hotel restaurants and we left the following morning to catch our flight and rejoin the rest of our family in Albuquerque for Christmas Day. Many thanks to these ladies. I forgot to ask their names.
