"I chose this property due to the closeness to Universal Studios I like the Bungalow effect the rooms could be a little bit nicer but I would recommend staying at this property just be prepared that you're in Los Angeles and sometimes the surrounding area can be intimidating however the staff was very nice and helpful"

"Property was near a couple of food places and just a 2 minute walk to the Universal trolly. I choose this location because of these features because I have mobility restrictions. Staff were great, very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed each day. Parking is VERY limited and a tight squeeze. We did not have a car for this trip but the lots was always full and only held about 11 cars. We would stay again if we return to Universal Studios. "

"We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again. "

"Took the family to Universal Studios and stayed 3 nights. This is an older facility so take that into account. If you're looking for a fairly clean room, a hot shower and a fairly comfortable bed to sleep on, and don't mind it being an older facility, then this is the place for you. It had 2 queen beds and a fold down couch so everyone was able to have plenty of room to sleep. Room is small but provides the necessities. Everything worked like the air conditioner, tv, mini fridge, microwave...
