"Looking at the reviews on line of several other properties, this one seemed the best. I did not expect the property to be as nice as it was. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice everything was, especially for the price. I would expect to pay 3 to 5 times more if this was in the USA, especially to be on the beach and have such nice pools. I definitely recommend to anyone that has any doubt, you won't be disappointed. Staff was very nice and accommodating for any of my needs. ...

"Amazing resort on the beach near Dubai. Only the best for room, staff and service. Travelled the world, this is at the top for quality and a beach break. Definitely going back. If you want the party pool option, you get extra access down the beach. If you want quiet and luxury, that's the minimum that you get here. Very high quality resort with no expense spared at all levels."

"Park Regis was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a lot of options. A bit out of bounds in terms of location, however, it is a developing area with lots more resorts opening around the area, so it'll become a more popular area, having said that, taxis are just a call away on the app and gets here failrly quickly. Great views of the beach, water and city area. Only critique is that the staff should pay a bit more attention to cleaning the rooms and public...

"The idea of self-contained villas is a fabulous one, especially for travelers who have larger family size. Unfortunately, the resort has not been kept to the standards that the photos on Expedia and other booking websites depict. The staff, however, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with."

There was only one incident when we felt an inconvenience from the villa next door but the staff immediately acted and escalated the matter instantly. Needless to say, we were sad that we didn't extend our stay :)"
