« We stayed at this property for 5 days. It is relatively close to LaGuardia Airport and easy to find. It truly is in a neighborhood with a bodega and several small restaurants within walking distance (try Gordo's Cantina on St Nicholas). The apartment was adequately furnished and clean, the beds were comfortable. It appears that it has recently been painted and updated. The hallways and elevator were also very clean. The property manager was very responsive to any questions throughout the visit....

« Cute little apartment with the basic necessities. It's up a couple flights of stairs with no elevator. Unfortunately the address listed in the VRBO booking isn not accurate. We received check in instructions on a separate website that had the correct address but we figured it out too late after parking, unloading the car, and trekking to the wrong building in freezing cold. Otherwise the stay was good and communication with the managing company was fine. Great authentic NYC neighborhood. »
