"Beautiful property, the same place we stayed when we got married in Maui in January 2000. We returned this year to celebrate our 25th anniversary and very much enjoyed our stay. Only downside - we booked Teppan-Yaki Dan for our anniversary dinner - the same as we did for our wedding - only to find that the venue was quite remarkably different than it was back then… a smaller space tucked out of the way. The food was still outstanding and we enjoyed it very much, though we were disappointed that tuna sashimi was no longer on offer - something we especially remembered from our time there so long ago. Understandably, things change in 25 years and all told it was a fantastic experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa. It's location was ideal for us. The studio was the perfect size for the two of us, and loved having the kitchenette for simple fixings. The balcony had a lovely view, and feel that the location to the beach and to Duke's made everything so easy. The bed/pillows were quite comfortable and easy access to valet parking. The parking valets were all very friendly and helpful for suggestions or directions."

"I was delighted. The resort is beautiful. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming! Landscaping, amenities, views, ambience—all are spectacular. From seniors to children, there is something for all ages. The resort is luxurious but not stuffy. It is very relaxed."
