"The hotel's unique art deco design, was very welcoming and comfortable. Close to all ammenties, Times Square and all the theaters for our 3 Broadway shows. Staff was friendly and didn’t mind at all when asked to show my room card before gettimg on the elevator. "

"The staff was very very friendly and kind. I was on the phone when I walked in my, guest was already there sitting in the lobby and so I was doing three things at once and she just kept smiling and was very accommodating when I was not giving her my attention. I didn't even get done with my check-in when all this was going on and she just patiently waited for me to wrap up my phone call and my guest talking my ear off. 😄"

"Loved the balldrop view room. Will definitely book again. I just wish some of their staff in the front desk were a little friendly. Check in and check out the people were kind of snobbish and cold. Just saying. "
