Clear Water Cabin is located in a premier East Texas gated community, Holly Lake Ranch. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers over 2600 square feet of space along with a sunroom, a screened porch, a private deck off the master bedroom and all of these offer a gorgeous view of Holly Lake. Relax on the boat dock in the and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful, spring fed lake. Or take a ride in the canoe and take in the beauty of the wildlife and the woods! When you're not out on the lake you can relax and watch movies on the flatscreen TV while sitting around a cozy fire in the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Or pick out a game or puzzle to work on at the game table which also has a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances plus it offers a gorgeous view of the lake while cooking and dining. The dining table will accommodate 6 people and the large kitchen bar will seat 2 more. The kitchen offers tons of countertop space for prepping and serving along with a walk in pantry for food storage. The huge master bedroom is located downstairs and has a reading nook plus, french doors leading out to a deck with a lounger. And did we mention the gorgeous view of the lake and woods? The master ensuite bath is large with double sinks, walk in shower and garden tub. This home actually has 2 masters as the guest bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The guest room is spacious with a queen size bed, and a large walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a single sink and walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is in the large loft and has a queen size bed along with large windows overlooking the lake and woods. Every room in the house has a view of either the lake or woods or both!

Please be aware that although there are no steps in entering the home, however, there is one step down to enter kitchen & dining, and there is one step up to enter the downstairs guest bedroom & ensuite. There is also one step down to enter laundry room and half bath. The living room and master bedroom are all one level.

In addition to all entertainment this home offers you will have full access to the resort amenities, such as golf, tennis, pickle ball, swimming pools, hiking trails, mini golf, fishing and much more. This may just become your home away from home!

Please note that as of April 1, 2022 there will be a fee for guests to bring motored watercraft in to Holly Lake Ranch to use on the private lakes. The fee is $50 and is good for three days.

A beautiful stay and a beautiful cabin
We loved our vacation and stay at this cabin- my grandkids were attending Camp Deer Run and the location and ease to get to the camp was great- the cabin was perfect and the dock area on the lake was just perfect. We hope to go again some day!

MEMORIAL WEEKEND GETAWAY
We had some issues with the TV and it did finally get resolved with the owner. The inside of the house was fine, you could tell no one had stayed there in a while, some things needed attention. The outside needs some TLC, path down to lake is very unstable, outside needs some cleaning up. We did have fun with staying in Holy Lake, we have some friends there. We will be back to Holy Lake for sure. Thanks

Perfect Getaway
We stayed here in March during Spring Break. The drive here was gorgeous with all the wisteria in bloom. We always try to choose a waterfront VRBO, and this one did not disappoint! The home was very comfortable and relaxing. We spent lots of time on the dock and caught endless numbers of bluegill using just tiny pieces of hotdog. There was a huge bass living under the dock that also tried to catch our bluegill! We also enjoyed the other amenities of this community, such as the waterfall hiking trail, mini golf, and pickle ball. Would definitely come back!

We love this place!
We’ve come back to this beautiful cabin in the woods several times. The area is beautiful, the house is spacious, the yard is big with lots of trees and lake access, and there is a lot to do in Holly Lake Ranch. We did hear some of the amenities may be shutting down, so that’s something to check on. But we’d probably still come. It’s that great of a place. And Joe & Carolyn are super responsive and helpful as hosts.

Peaceful and Relaxing
This is a lovely house in a very relaxing location. The dock is a short walk down from the house and we did a lot of fishing and canoeing. Having the pool and playground in the community was a great added benefit for the young children.

Beautiful, comfortable, and quiet
Everything you need in a family getaway in one location. Fun to be found with all the activities in Holly Lake. Then you go to this beautiful property and enjoy peace and relaxation. Beautiful and well maintained. Loved sitting on the lake dock with a cup of coffee. The lake is still and gorgeous. Perfect for quiet dock fishing. Will go back.

Great communication and beautiful property
This was a beautiful property and we loved it so much that we even considered staying with no power since there was a severe power outage in East Texas due to a storm. The property manager was great about communicating this issue with me and so helpful. We hope to go back another time.

Wonderful family gateway
Hosts were great communicators and made finding the place and getting settled in a breeze. The house was fantastic. So many cozy places to enjoy the lake view, a very well stocked and functional kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. Master bath and closet were so spacious and nice, everything was just really comfortable. Lots of nice outside areas to sit as well and the dock was great. So much to do in the surrounding areas although we could have stayed right at the house and kept busy all day. Kids, teenagers, adults, we all had a blast!

Nice place but lacking in warmth
charming place but lacking in Southern hospitality would've been nice to have at least a couple of bottles of water and a little more then a couple of Kcops literally nothing else available for someone coming in the middle of the night. It is after all a bed-and-breakfast

Awesome home! My Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holy Lake Ranch. This home is spacious and very cozy!! The sun porch was my favorite. I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise sipping tea and overlooking the lake. My elderly mother and aunt had a great time too sitting on the sun porch! My adult kids also enjoyed sitting on the deck and riding in the canoe. If you need to just relax this is the place to do it. Thank you for providing a beautiful place for us to start new holiday traditions. We will be returning.

Excellent cabin!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday weekend and the house was perfect. We brought our fishing boat and kept it on the dock throughout the weekend. We golfed, fished and cooked home-cooked meals. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked thank you! The only suggestion I would make is to provide an adequate amount of coffee for the length of stay for your guest. There are no close by stores who carry Kurig (and we never left the resort). All and all we very much loved our stay and will rent this property again!!!

Quiet and Serene Country Home
Our family loved this property, we were impressed the moment we entered front door. Kitchen is well stocked, all you need to bring is food and drinks. Laundry room with washer/dryer is large, detergent and Bounce softner sheets provided and with 2 boys, 8 and 5 swimming and fishing each day this was so convenient. The lake view is amazing from ceiling to floor windows across back of the home and plenty of chairs are provided on screen porch, patio and private dock. During our stay it was so quiet and relaxing, just the atmosphere our hard working daughter and son-in-law needed. We will definitely return. The Jordans and Lees

Wow
Most relaxing place we’ve ever stayed! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, secluded, cozy, comfortable (some of those are my teenage boys’ words!). Better than the pics! You have everything you need. Joe and Carolyn were quick to answer questions. My boys preferred swimming in the pools vs swimming in the lake. But those are short drives. I loved coffee and reading on the master b/r deck and walks/runs through the pretty neighborhood. Would be great for a girlfriends’ getaway or a romantic weekend.
