"Fantastic staff! Very clean! We arrived very late and had such an easy arrival…I called the hotel for a shuttle from the airport and it arrived in 15 minutes just like they said. A 10 minute ride to the hotel and then an easy, quick check in. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was great…egg and sausage muffins, yogurt, different breads/bagels for toasting, many toppings for the oatmeal. Good selection of juices and cereals. They even had oat milk and gluten-free muffins for those with food allergies. This is a great spot to stay in Fairbanks! My 2 suggestions for improvement are that they need better pillows and the heat in the room was a little too high and didn’t seem to be adjustable…we turned the heat down, but it didn’t change the temperature. All said and done, we’d happily stay here again!"

"The hotel is really stylish with lots of designer’s touch in both architecture and interior design. The location is a bit far from the city but it’s a great place for aurora viewing. The view from those huge glass windows is stunning. The nature outside of the building is gorgeous too. Kevin has been very informative and helpful. A few minor things: 1) the entry way is a bit messy with all the shoes/boots unorganized; 2) there is a second floor but no elevator or helpers with luggage"
