"This is what I would call a budget hotel. My only large gripe is the lack of snow control, but it was a very bad storm. I got a sute and it was much nicer than I expected at the price level that I paid. I would hands down, stay here again. "

"I had a slight problem checking in. I am 18, but was staying with my 22 year old sister. I didn't have her added to the reservation and I couldn't check in because I was underage, although it said nothing about that on the Expedia website. Instead of being able to add her at the front desk, I had to sit in an AI chat for half an hour. Other than that, I had an excellent stay! Very clean and nice staff."

"Checked in right before the blizzard hit Kansas City. The staff were super helpful and very attentive. They offered great service all the way through the blizzard and on into the following two days. Couldn't have asked for a better experience during this miserable storm. Will definitely be staying here again."

"This relative new Fairfield Inn suited our needs perfectly as it was a quick overnight due to a funeral. It was clean, quick, efficient service for check in and out. Minimal services needed. Breakfast was included, if you want more than yogurt and a hard boiled egg, I’d go somewhere else! "

"i wanted the pool warmer. all snowed in.bar and restaurant closed on Sunday night. generally,staff very helpful. perhaps due to weather, no Housekeeping offered.happy with shuttle"
