"We had a an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived at 8am from our long haul flight, they gave us an early check in of 8.30am. We were so grateful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really good. We got breakfast delivered each morning and it was yum. The blackout curtain was awesome. We were also given a late check out for leaving as well. Pool was warm and had another great view. Very close to the metro, there is a small mall across the way and...

"The room is excellent. The view is unbeatable. We stayed 5 days in the 20th floor and had the harbour view all by ourselves. One must go up to the roof top to see the whole harbour. Minor change should be provide water bottles to the guests. The location is perfect, 7 minutes walk from Whampoa D2 MTR exit. "

"The hotel room is clean but small, it equipped with a samll fridge and a safe. The queen size bed is comfy. Walkable area, close to Temple St. the shopping street and loved the open food stalls with pipping hot food. The hotel is close to MTR, on 23 Austin Ave. not Austin Road. Me and my friends made the same mistake. "
