The Perfect place in Midtown Tulsa

Stay in the absolute center of Midtown, Tulsa when you book this renovated, gorgeous & bright home. Located between Brookside and Cherry Street areas. The views from the picture windows in this home are magnificent onto lush green landscape with an amazing multi-level deck to enjoy. You'll not want to leave.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

Excellent service and comfort
Stayed here for 2 weeks for work. This little gem is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood not far from Brookside, downtown, or all the shopping and restaurants you can imagine. The home was clean and well appointed. Great deck and family room. And Emily and team were very communicative and easy to reach if necessary. Very accommodating. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home.

Early Thanksgiving Weekend
Really enjoyed the property! Beautiful, well maintained, and unbeatable location. Very nice neighborhood with mature trees, rolling hills, and fantastic architecture. Would stay here again!

Beautiful area. Old house with very few updates. Nice backyard for grilling and playing with kids. Beds sounded and felt like they were from 1975. Most all doors were extremely loud making it almost impossible not to wake someone when maneuvering through the house early morning. Door to bathroom would not shut. Giant crack in screen of tv. A few electrical outlets not up to code. Dark house, low energy. Wouldn’t stay or reccomend anyone staying here. Unfortunately, ehhh

Thank you to the property manager for a well kept home! And for answering any questions we had..quick and promptly! Home is as pictured! Home was clean and well stocked! If we are ever in the area.. we will definitely book again! Neighborhood was great! You could take early and evening walks. The neighborhood people were so kind and friendly!

Great midtown Tulsa property!

Fabulous weekend getaway!
Having lived in Tulsa years ago, we knew the location we wanted to stay but doubted we could find something. We found the perfect quiet neighborhood, great home and amenities, and very easy to get to Utica Square as well as easy access to the interstates. Perfect weekend. We will return again!

House is in an amazing neighborhood in Tulsa. Property was very clean and well organized. It had everything we needed without all of the clutter we’ve seen in other rentals. We recently moved to Tulsa and I’m regretting not using our host, Emily Burke, as our real estate agent!
