I had to juggle it to get it completely off.It was disappointing that the wifi, and TV internet were turned off on or before 7:30am, some 3.5 hours prior to our 11:00 a.m. check out. "The home is beautiful. We had it for the weekend of January 10-12. For us not being used to snow it would have been very considerate for the driveway to be cleared. Me and my family had to be parked at the bottom of the drive way and walk up to the house with all our luggage and food. This was very inconvenient the driveway was icy and most of us had a fall. Its very dangerous. The home should be supplied with more paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags really? We had to travel to the store...

"The cabin was exactly as advertised. Very large and cozy. We’ve stayed at many cabins and I will say this was not our favorite. There is no view from the hot tub and the neighbors are extremely close. Plus there was construction going on so it was very loud at 8am every morning. The dvd players did not work… and there was mouse poop in the second drawer of silverware in the kitchen. We went and bought plastic forks and spoons after seeing that. That was our experience. Not great but not horrible...

"This was a beautiful cabin that felt like home away from home. One of the beds downstairs was very old that should be replaced. Some of the blankets didnt seem freshly washed but we washed the throws to our liking. All basic things available to cook or even grill. "
