"When we checked in while in front of the property, we realized we confirmed the incorrect dates. We called the owner, he stated he'd meet us in 5-minutes, he was at the property in 2-minutes. We were panicking because we also had our adult dog with us and needed a 2-night stay. Fortunately, the other party renting the unit had to leave early, so the owner helped up secure the weekend rental. He couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay in Tucson."
