Our stay at The Journal Kuala Lumpur was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly courteous and always eager to assist, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, functional, and equipped with all the necessary amenities expected from a hotel of this standard.
The hotel’s location is another standout feature—it’s centrally located and just a short walk from a fantastic shopping mall, making it perfect for both leisure and convenience. The neighborhood also offers plenty of dining options, giving guests the chance to explore local and international cuisine with ease.
Breakfast at the hotel was varied and satisfying, offering a decent range of options to start the day right. Considering the excellent location, the quality of service, and the amenities provided, we found it to be fantastic value for money.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!
