Excellent central location, near everything and the bus stop direct to the airport, easy 10/15 minute walk to most places in the Center. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with modern fittings and huge windows. Luggage storage available which was great. Vervet bakery is delicious for pastries and filled sandwiches.

Very nice apartment style property with great amenities and in an awesome location. Vervet is a new development with some great restaurants nearby and easy walk to center of Tromso. Check in and check out was easy with passcodes delivered ahead of time.

This 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay. The building is still quite new, the finish inside the property is excellent, it contains everything you'd need for your stay too. Heated floors were a great addition, and the apartment afforded the most beautiful views. Absolutely loved it

Loved staying at Vervet! Definitely the best place for a trip to Tromsø for 3 people. Only thing to complain is that they didnt send us the apartment number and theres noone you can call after hours so we were stuck outside for quite sometime.

The apartment is very spacious and modern (especially compared with other apartments in Norway). It is close to all facilities / shops / restaurants. It is a bit dusty and you must be carefull with the curtain rods. We received a 'cheaper' parking place in the area. Great but better to add a map at the description because it was really hard to find the correct space.

It was a decent enough apartment and quite easily accessible. However, it could have been made a lot better with some minor modifications. There are no USB sockets for charging mobile devices. The shower does not have a place to keep bathroom supplies like shower gels; instead they are placed on the shower control which is an inconvenience that could have been easily fixed by having space in the walls to keep supplies. In general it was ok; but could have been a lot better as the apartment was quite spacious for our group of 3 people.

Our check in wasn’t easy. We were given keypad codes for the building and our room but what wasn’t explained was that you had to use the larger keypad to put your room code in so that you could get your door key. In the apartment, everything was provided but out of the 6 glass tumblers we had, 4 had chips on the edge of the glass which was dangerous. We reported it to Reception staff and they changed them straight away which was good! The cutlery drawer needed to be wiped of crumbs but other than that we were happy with our accommodation.

Reached out to the staff to ask for a simple request of more pillows on night one. On day two they finally got back to me and rather than saying yes we can provide you more pillows, they asked if our room was missing them. We like to sleep propped up so we wanted at least 2 for each person, the one that was left as an extra in the room had blood on it and now pillow case. After responding asking again for more pillows i never heard back during the entirety of our 4 day / 3 night stay.

We did not receive check in instructions. We tried to call the number listed outside and message through the hotels.com app and did not receive communication back after 8 hours. It was about 0 degree outside and we lucked out that someone allowed us to sit in the lobby. Recommend providing the instructions and identifying someone to manage the apartment phone line.

J'ai adoré cet appartement. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos, je ne m'attendais pas à avoir une vue aussi époustouflante! Le quartier est top, à deux pas du centre ville, à côté du pont qui permet d'aller à la cathédrale (à pied). De plus il y a une boulangerie au rez de chaussée ce qui est hyper pratique, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et une agence d'activités sur la place devant l'immeuble. Je pourrais vivre ici et si je retourne à Tromso ce sera sans hésiter une seule seconde dans cet appartement, même après avoir vu la localisation des hôtels avec lesquels j'avais hésité...
