"Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Maybe a map of the area in the property folder would be handy. Thank you!"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Property was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. Very good value for money - much nicer than the hotel we stayed in the following night which cost a lot more! "Lovely house, garden and locality. Access to the beach was easier to walk to the end of the road and down the hill. Split your recycling and put in bags, saves the rubbish collectors opening all your bags to separate it!! The house is nice, plenty of room to have your own space. (There was 10 of us and a dog). It’s well equipped for cooking, condiments, washing up liquid, tea towels etc. The house could do with a bit of TLC as could the decking area, (fence and some of the chairs). Garden...

"A fantastically quiet property tucked away down narrow Cornish lanes. Spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen, our stay could not have been more comfortable. Spacious living area allowed both of us to spread out, whether it was a lazy morning with a book, or an evening with a film on the TV. Communications with the owner could not have been quicker or more helpful. Our only regret? no space to rebook for next year 😕"

Thÿs and Diana were very welcoming and informative about the local area and provided a generous welcome pack of refreshments after the long drive to Falmouth. Hugely appreciated. Buzzard's Rest was peaceful but also conveniently close to the town centre and Falmouth's beaches, either by car or by foot (15 minute walk). Hope to visit again."

Prospect Cottage is a lovely family home packed with all the amenities that a family needs. Only a few minutes walk away from the magical Mevagissey harbour and an array of bars, cafes and chip shops! We had a magnificent stay and would recommend to anyone."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The property has everything you could need for a lovely stay by the sea, with the most comfortable lounger ever! We happily spent hours just laying on the lounger looking out at the sea. There were lots of lovely welcoming touches such as bread and milk left, a cream tea and fresh flowers, which made us feel especially welcome. It was a bonus to have an outside area and table and chairs. We can't wait to book again!"

We had small problem with our room, but on bringing it to the attention of the hotel, this was dealt with promptly and efficiently in very courteous way.
