Quaint house with amazing ocean sunrises views over MDI and Western Bay. Perfect for a couple or small family that wants to visit Acadia National Park but wants to be stay, away from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns. The nearby pebble beach is mind blowing, great spot for long, uninterrupted walks, hunting in tidal pool with the kids or furry friends.

Very misleading
House was significantly damaged - not reflected in the photos. Siding hanging off, holes in the walls, smells of cat urine. Very minimal furniture. Missing cabinets from bathroom.

House was nice but I am not sure I would call it “charming.” Only ocean views were through the trees on the lawns in the houses across the street. Most beach access was private property. AC not present or did not work. There was a dining table with three chairs but no desk or desk chair as advertised. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t see any outdoor furniture although it was raining a lot so maybe it was put away. The house had a porch but not what I would describe as a patio. We went to visit Acadia which is NOT as indicated a 7 minute drive way…more like 20-25 minutes. Area was very isolated but great if that’s what you are looking for. I would not recommend it for more than two people unless the others are okay with a lumpy sofa bed.
