"This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and we enjoyed it as always. We loved the local restaurant River Drifters and we found a new Chinese Food spot on Dignal Mountain. I cooked breakfast and love how everything is there... the walmart is perfect distance. THE VIEW OF THE MOUTAIN AND RIVER IS WHAT THIS TEACHER NEEDED. We will be back!!!"

"The property was just as listed. Driving up to it the first time we were a little worried about the neighborhood but after having a walk around the area it wasn’t bad. The location is walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and even a few family playgrounds and we really liked that. The house itself looks just like the pictures. "The stay overall was quite nice. Neighbors were few and far between even tho they are across the hall and next door. The check in was seem less and the apartment was quite nice. There were parts that were unexpected like sheets in the dryer when I showed up and dirty crumbs in the oven drawer. Besides those little things all was amazing. "

"We had problems getting into the Condo. When we called the phone number (for Evolve) we followed the instructions to get help, and it would tell us we didn't have a reservation and hung up. I Finally I followed the instructions for a new reservation and got a live person on the phone. They then were able to contact the owner and get the problem solved. It is disappointing that you can't talk to a live person anymore. The rest of our stay was great. We were close enough to the Aquarium...
