« We enjoyed the balcony for relaxing, reading, and eating. We appreciated the host allowing use of the garage under the quarters for parking. Big plus for those who are particular about their vehicle. Also enjoyed the quiet setting and the location to the small towns, lakes, and state parks. Would not hesitate to stay again to do more exploring of the area. The owner was friendly and inquired if all was ok when our paths crossed, but otherwise respected our time and privacy. »

« This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. »
