Location is close to Cades Cove.The room is a good size with an excellent view. Check in is easy with the owner leaving instructions near the office, taped on to the door of the room. Set in the noncommercialized town of Townsend with quick access to the National Park. The suite had its own entrance, access to the deck with hot tub just for this suite, plenty of towels. Easy check-in. The facilities had access to host weddings and horseback riding on their acreage, if this is something you need. Our last day the area was inundated with rain (4inches) yet we enjoyed listening to the rain on the tin roof and sitting on the veranda watching the mist and rain on the hills while listening to the rolling thunder. Unfortunately the rain from the mountains draining down tore up their access road a bit. My only criticism is that the room needs a deeper clean (blinds, ceiling fan, under the bed).
